Memorandum of Cooperation

On 27 May, our company signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Documentolog LLP.  BDO Qazaqstan Director Chingiz Sadykov and Documentolog LLP Director General Baizhan Kanafin met at the BDO Qazaqstan office to discuss the possibilities of the DocuLite Electronic Document Management and Business Process Automation Information System.  The parties will cooperate in the field of contracting processes automation, audit support, audit files receiving, sending and archiving.

The pilot operation will last from three to six months. Afterwards, Documentolog will provide an opportunity for all BDO Qazaqstan audit clients to switch their audit processes to electronic format.

The parties will cooperate based on principles of equality, mutual respect, maintenance of high business reputation, fair and honest partnership, and protection of mutual interests.

Cooperation with Documentolog LLP is the next step in improving the quality and speed of servicing our clients according to international standards.  BDO Qazaqstan would like to thank Mr Kanafin for the support.
