BDO Global designs training courses for audit teams allowing all the on-boarded staff who has just landed a job in BDO to dive into the audit methodology. Training courses are available for free and every BDO employee can access them to improve audit skills.

The training course held in September in the BDO Qazaqstan headquarters in Almaty was devoted to a new audit approach. For fourteen days the BDO team studied new methodology and changes in audit planning, learned to define financial information distortion risks and do backups, and assess and document the information in line with the BDO methodology and APT — state-of-the-art and ISA-compliant audit software.

The training course covered the financial statements preparation and audit report issue; stressed the importance of deadlines in audit procedures and the approval of the project by the Quality Assurance Partner.

BDO Qazaqstan nurtures young talent and is confident that future managers and auditors will lead audit projects very soon.
