Elena Gorbacheva

Yelena headed the BDO Qazaqstan audit department for 20 years.  

She is an expert in the External and Internal Audit International Standards and IFRS.  

Yelena’s industry experience includes finance, securities market, construction, production, education, exploration and development, medicine, transport and communications. She is the author of the unique audit training courses for passing the auditor exams and obtaining CIA, CIPA, and DipIFR international certificates. Corporate trainer in finance, corporate governance, risk management and controls.  

Yelena is a Certified Auditor of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA, IIA). Holds the Institute of Financial Managers (IPFM) degree majoring in ‘financial management’, a diploma in the International Financial Reporting Standards DipIFR (ACCA), and a CIPA certificate.
